We are excited to share that Dr. Angela Regrut has been selected as the next Principal of the Octorara Primary Learning Center.

Dr. Regrut brings extensive experience serving students, families, and educators as an elementary and middle school administrator, instructional coach, MTSS facilitator, and special education teacher. She is deeply committed to creating learning environments where every child feels safe, valued, challenged, and inspired to learn. Her leadership is grounded in building meaningful relationships, supporting high-quality instruction, and ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive.
