Octorara students once again demonstrated outstanding creativity and skill at this year’s Regional Media & Design Competition, earning top honors across multiple categories and continuing a strong tradition of excellence.
Leading the way, Lucas Kauffman earned first place in Animation, while McKayla Lepore and Andrew Blomiley secured first place in Logo & Design. Their achievements highlight the strength of Octorara’s Design & Illustration program and the dedication of its students.
Additional student accomplishments included a third-place finish in Logo & Design by Dean Olinik, Bryce Calvin, and Gavin Pettit. Jayden Bernard, Destinee Walton, and Diego Santos Ledesma were also recognized with an Honorable Mention for their work in Logo Design.
With their regional victories, Octorara’s first-place winners will now advance to the state competition. The school community looks forward to cheering them on as they continue to showcase their talents on a larger stage.
