As communities and households continue to grapple with the COVID-19 pandemic, Comcast has again announced additional steps to help ensure people stay connected to the Internet as schools have been closed for the remainder of the academic year and companies have sent even more employees home to work remotely due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Comcast announced that the 60 days of complementary service will be extended for customers who sign up through May 13, 2020. No contract is required. Below is a flyer with the most up-to-date information. As you know, once a subscriber gets their 2 months free they would be rolled into our $9.99 a month IE plan and if you’re eligible for IE your also eligible to purchase a lap top for a one time fee of $149.99. Again, IE does not require a contract and a subscriber can disconnect whenever the service is no longer needed.
