Healthy Crock Pot Cook-Off

-CROCK POT COOK OFF GUIDELINES-

1.   Entry fee of $25.00 due the day of event. Proceeds benefit the Stadium Task Force. Make checks
payable to Octorara Community Stadium Task Force.

2.   1 (crock pot) dish that is HEART HEALTHY: low salt, low fat, lean protein source, and no less
than 3 vegetables.

3.   A detailed recipe must be provided with the entry.

4.   Dish may be prepared by a team or an individual.

5.   Participants may begin setting up in the cafeteria as early as 9:30 a.m. Dishes must be
registered by 12:00 p.m. to be eligible for judging.

6.   Entrant must provide tasting spoons/cups.

7.   Samples may be provided to the audience; however, the audience will have no bearing on the
judges’ decision.

8.   Entries will be judged at 12:00 p.m. Winners will be announced at 12:30 p.m.

9.   Prizes will be awarded as follows:

-1st Place: $50.00 gift certificate to Stottsville Inn.

-2nd Place: $35.00.

-3rd Place: $15.00.

-Financial support for prizes provided by Coach Missy’s Gym-
