NOTICE TO BIDDERS

 Sealed proposals will be received and opened publicly at the District Office at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, on May 8^th, 2023 for the following:

ART  SUPPLIES

GRAPHIC ART SUPPLIES

INDUSTRIAL ARTS SUPPLIES

SCIENCE SUPPLIES

VOCATIONAL-AG SUPPLIES

These bids will be considered at the May 15^th, 2023 regular meeting of the Octorara Area School Board of Directors.

Additional bidding blanks and specifications may be obtained at the District Office of the Octorara Area School District, 228 Highland Road, Suite 1, Atglen, PA 19310-1603.

All proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Octorara Area School District.  All envelopes containing bid proposals shall be clearly marked with the words “Sealed Bid” and the bid title.

The Octorara Board of School Directors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any informality therein, and award the contract in the best interest of the School District.
