NOCTI is involved with the development of various state customized assessments including a partnership with the PA Department of Education, Bureau of Career & Technical Education. NOCTI provides assessments for students who are concentrators or completers in PDE state-approved programs. All students completing state-approved programs are required to take an approved end-of-program assessment like the NOCTI.Certificate and Partner Programs
