Errol L. Galloway
    Officer Galloway has 35 years of experience in law enforcement, of which 26 years were as Chief of Police with management and administration responsibilities.


    Officer Galloway graduated from the Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Academy in 1978.  During his tenure in law enforcement he served as a liaison between the West Grove Borough, local municipal police departments, state police, Chester County District Attorneys, and local and county judiciary. He established department goals, long-range plans, objectives, and procedures based upon the needs of the Borough and the Police Department.  He worked with the police officers under his command and Borough Manager and Council to evaluate the effectiveness and responsiveness of the Police Department.


    He performed all regular police officer duties including patrol, traffic control, responding to service, investigating criminal offenses, issuing citations and warnings, making physical custody arrests, and testifying in court.
